Customary Easter bread

Ingredients:
6 glassed of flour require 2 glassed of milk, 12 eggs, half a glass of melted sugar, vanillin, raisins, 50 g yeast.

Preparation:
Steam a third of flour with hot milk, mix well to remove any lumps. Add yeast and wait for it to rise. Mix eggs until they whiten, add remaining flour, knead well and add melted butter, sugar and vanillin. Dough should come off the hands. Put into fat-coated cups third-full. When it rises, put into the oven.
