Bread dough on cabbage leaves

Ingredients:
400 g water, 30 g yeast, 600 g flour, salt, 8 cabbage leaves.

Preparation:
Prepare leavened dough from water, yeast and a little of flour. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough. Put it in a warm place to rise. Split the ready dough into 4 parts, form small loaves. Put them on cabbage leaves and leave for several minutes to rise. Then, bake in a hot oven until they acquire a light-brown crust.
