Wheat puffs

Ingredients:
400 g wheat flour, 25-30 g yeast, ¾ glass of water, one tablespoonful of sugar, 2-3 tablespoonfuls of oil. In addition, the gravy requires: 2-3 tablespoonfuls of kvass, 1 clove of garlic, 2-3 tablespoonfuls of oil.

Preparation:
Dilute sugar, yeast and salt in a third of the glass of water. Add 100 g flour there and knead thick dough. Wait for it to rise, add the remaining water, flour, oil. Mix well and let it rise again. Stick (form) puffs the size of a walnut from the dough and bake them on a baking sheet in the oven at a low temperature. Use the mixture of garlic kneaded with salt, kvass and oil to make a gravy. Pour the latter over the puffs before serving.
