Tea roll

Ingredients:
0.5 kg flour, 50 g yeast, a glass of milk, 100 g butter or margarine, 3 yolks, 100 g sugar, 2 whites, an egg for coating.

Preparation:
Mix flour, yeast, milk, butter or margarine. Add the egg mixture produced by working 100 g sugar into 3 yolks and adding 2 beaten-up whites. When about to finish mixing, add melted fat, mix again, cover and leave to rise in a warm place. Form small rolls tied with a knot, put them out over the deck, leave to rise, coat with the egg, bake in the oven for half an hour.
